A Silent & Guided Men’s Meditative Retreat
(Beginner Vipassana)

3rd–5th February | Lyon, France

Location: Thien Minh Pagoda
Duration: 3 days / 2 nights (finishing afternoon of the 5th)

About the Retreat

This retreat is a quiet space for men to step away from noise, performance, and expectation.

Held within the grounds of a Buddhist pagoda near Lyon, this three-day retreat is rooted in silence, guided meditation, and simple daily structure. It is designed for men who may struggle to speak openly, yet feel the need to slow down, reconnect, and strengthen themselves from within.

There is no pressure to share. No requirement to speak.
Silence is not enforced harshly. It is respected.

You will be guided by a Vietnamese Buddhist monk who has lived the monastic life since childhood, offering teachings grounded in lived experience rather than theory. Vipassana guides you to look inwards.
