Creating Space for What Matters

12th November 2025 | London, UK

Location: King's College London Guy's Campus

Workshop Overview

This is a one-day, in-person workshop for men with busy lives who feel the need to pause, reflect, and realign.

It is designed for men navigating change, pressure, responsibility, or transition, and who want space to think clearly without stepping away from real life for days or weeks.

The workshop blends guided reflection, practical frameworks, and quiet individual work. There is no forced sharing, no performance, and no pressure to arrive with answers.

This is not therapy.
It is structured reflection, honest assessment, and intentional direction.

Who This Workshop Is For

  • Men with demanding work or family lives

  • Men experiencing change, uncertainty, or quiet dissatisfaction

  • Men who feel “fine on the surface” but misaligned underneath

The Approach

This workshop is guided by a life coach and mentor with over 20 years of experience working with men across leadership, identity, work-life balance, and life transitions.

The approach is:

  • Practical, grounded, and realistic

  • Reflective rather than expressive

  • Structured without being rigid

  • Focused on responsibility, awareness, and choice

You will work individually, with optional small-group discussion at specific moments.
